In 2019, 2020 and 2021 I worked as an editor, writer and digital coordinator for the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication's award-winning flagship magazine, Flux. 

My year as editor-in-chief of Flux, 2020, remains perhaps the most important experience of my young career. Developing a 100-page magazine and leading dozens of reporters, designers and photographers was challenging enough - doing so as the COVID-19 pandemic hit took it to another level. It's safe to say there were more than a few all-nighters.

Below are several of my favorite spreads from the magazine, which went on to win dozens of team and individual awards from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association and the Associated Collegiate Press.
